Sunday and Monday were pretty uneventful days, by the recent standards at least.
The Malagasy minister of defence, Cécile Manorohanta Dominique, resigned. According to an unnamed source on Moov.mg she has been considering resigning for about two weeks.

Jokwe made landfall during the night of 5 March 2008.
Nosy Be was hit and more than 400 people are homeless.
According to what I can gather Jokwe did not cause nearly as much damage as the two previous cyclones, Fame and Ivan.
